The compilation of all contents inclusive of text, graphics, recipes, logos, images, and audio clips is the property of the Company and is protected by the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines.

The brands, marks, and label designs are registered trademarks. The Company’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without authority, in a manner that may cause confusion among customers, or in any way that disparages or discredits the Company. All other trademarks not owned by the Company that may appear are the property of their respective owners.

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to access and make personal and non-commercial use of the services. This right does not include any form of resale or commercial use of its contents. Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or information are prohibited. All rights without express written consent are reserved by the Company or its licensors, suppliers, publishers, rightsholders, or other content providers.

Reviews, comments, photos, videos, and other content and communications are always welcome. Suggestions, ideas, questions, or other information will also be entertained, so long as the contents:

• Do not contain information that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, libellous, obscene, or anything objectionable.
• Do not upload, post, or transmit any software or files that contain software viruses or other harmful computer code.
• Do not transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, including “spam” or “junk mail.”
