Orders & Payment
Simply browse our collections, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), GCash, PayMaya, and other payment options available at checkout. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at hello@thekitchenwitchery.com if you need to make changes. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make modifications.
Yes! A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within a few minutes.
Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship nationwide across the Philippines. We are also working on expanding to international destinations — stay tuned for updates!
Standard delivery within Metro Manila takes 2–4 business days. Provincial orders typically take 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status through our courier’s website.

Our Products
Absolutely. Every brand we carry — Basimatsi, La Pinay, Talyasi, Zurie’s Harvest, and Mortar & Pestle — is rooted in Filipino culinary heritage. We work closely with our brand partners to ensure authenticity, quality, and responsible sourcing.
Allergen information is listed on each product’s packaging and product page. We strongly recommend reviewing these details before purchasing. If you have specific concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Storage instructions vary by product and are indicated on the packaging. As a general rule, keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening where applicable.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for damaged or defective items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Food products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
To initiate a return or refund, please email us at hello@thekitchenwitchery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
