Spiced Vinegar "Sukang Hinalang"

Popular variation of Filipino vinegar that has been infused with various aromatics and spices to create a ready-to-use dipping sauce or marinade. While "Sukang Puti" is the plain base, Hinalang refers to the addition of heat and spice.
